Top-fermented light beer, with golden and straw-yellow reflections, obtained exclusively from
barley malt.
On the nose, there are herbaceous and hay notes. The foam is white, fine and compact.
In the mouth, the olfactory characteristics are found, combined with hints of bread given by the malts.
Overall it is a harmonious beer, pleasant to drink, fresh and light.
Excellent to accompany dishes based on: pizza, pasta, white meats, fish, cheeses
fresh soft cheeses.
