Highly fermented amber beer, with a ruby red reflection, obtained exclusively from malt
of barley. On the nose, it presents intense notes of toasted biscuit. The foam is white, fine and compact. In the mouth the olfactory characteristics are found, combined with a sweetish note of toffee, followed by a dry finish which makes this beer pleasantly fresh and harmonious.
Overall it is a full-bodied, rounded and pleasantly drinking beer.
Excellent for tasting dishes based on: red meats, cured meats, chocolate, medium-aged cheeses.
